Description
140chf/60min Integration of bodily tensions, the nervous system and emotions through a mind-body approach: guided breathing, gentle mobilisation, work on the vagus nerve, regulation of the autonomic nervous system, and gentle reintegration of body sensations related to stress or trauma.
Goal: Bring the body back into a state of safety, reduce hypervigilance, release deep tensions, and help the brain move out of survival patterns (fight, flight, freeze). Restore a sense of grounding, inner calm, presence in the body, and coherence between body and mind.
